-
Clients assign Liens for collection by providing documentation to support the debt. i.e. Form REG 668 and the DMV Vehicle History Report.
-
Liens are reviewed for accuracy and input by Data Entry into our debt collection program
-
Debts assigned for collection are “scrubbed” for updated addresses and phone numbers
-
An acknowledgement of accounts is sent to the client via mail
-
A Validation Letter is mailed to the consumer allowing for 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt
-
When phone numbers are present phone calls will begin within three business days of assignment
-
We begin negotiating for payment and resolve any disputes to obtain debt resolution.
-
When consumers make a promise to pay, we follow up to guarantee payment is received.
-
When consumers are uncooperative in resolving the debt, alternative methods for collection are reviewed.
-
We will provide our Clients with various alternatives such as, forwarding the debt to an affiliated attorney to file a claim.
-
When authorized for litigation review by our Clients, the Lien is forwarded to an affiliated attorney in our network which is located near the consumer.
-
Our affiliated Attorneys update us on their progress and provide recommendations for resolution throughout the process.
-
When judgment is awarded in our favor, our affiliated attorneys may file for a Writ of Attachment.
-
We may also begin researching to locate and verify the consumer’s assets as well as, initiate bank levies, garnishment orders, liens, or other means to satisfy the judgment.
